About the role
You will own the health of our Zoho One suite (CRM, SalesIQ, Books, Sign, Forms) as we build our first real data ecosystem.
What you will do
- Research and identify the right stakeholders across developer, RWA, and property management accounts
- Source and verify contact details through outbound outreach
- Enter and structure that data correctly in Zoho CRM following our account and deal architecture
- Work directly with the founder and Chief Growth Officer to close gaps in the CRM build
- Flag data quality issues early
What we are looking for
- Comfortable with unscripted outbound research and cold outreach
- Sharp with spreadsheets and CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus, not required)
- Able to hold structured data clean without losing patience with it
- Able to work Bengaluru hours
